Mat Pilates

Challenge yourself with a dynamic, total-body workout focused on postural alignment, breathing, strength, controlled movement, and flexibility. With the use of small props (small ball foam roller, Pilates ring) and your body weight, this class will have your core burning while toning your arms and legs.

Mama & Baby Postpartum Recovery Class

This 5-week postpartum fitness class series is the perfect way to restart or initiate a fitness regimen after having a baby. This class focuses on restoring The Foundation, which is challenged by pregnancy and We guide you through a safe and effective progressive exercise program where you and your baby can bond and sweat in a supportive, community-focused atmosphere.

*Mamas can join once cleared by their physician at 4+ weeks Recommended patients have pelvic floor rehab with a pelvic physical therapist before starting classes.

Birth in Motion

Birth in Motion is a FREE group class for pregnant mothers and their support partners to prepare for labor and birth. This is an interactive hands-on movement class learning labor positions, breathing techniques, and pain management tools. Our goal is to improve your birth experience with knowledge and tools. Taught by Josie Stokken, DPT, a pelvic physical therapist and a Pre and Postnatal Exercise Certified Specialist and Shanna Swanson, Certified Doula.
